Manitobans for the Arts Annual Gathering 2024: New Voices. Fresh Thinking
Register now for our Annual Gathering - New Voices, Fresh Thinking - taking place on June 4, 2024, at the Centre Culturel Franco-Manitobain (CCFM). Featuring Patricia Huntsman, a two-time nationally award-winning cultural strategist, this event will feature a full day of learning and conversation on how we can continue to engage, sustain, and strengthen the arts. Members may also apply to have a one-on-one with Patricia Huntsman on June 5, 2024.

2018 - City of Winnipeg Municipal Elections
In the lead up to the 2018 Municipal Election, Manitobans for the Arts called on Mayoral and Councillor Candidates in Winnipeg to commit to implementing three strategies, to ensure their term will include arts, culture, heritage and creativity.
Arts and Culture Day at the Hall 2017
On March 21, 2017, representatives from the Manitobans for the Arts Board and Advocacy Committee were joined by leaders in the arts and cultural community in meetings with all City of Winnipeg Councillors.
Arts and Culture Day at the Leg 2016
Manitobans for the Arts coordinated a delegation made up of 27 members of the creative community to meet with 32 MLAs, Ministers and Deputy Ministers and discuss issues pertinent to arts and culture communities in Manitoba.
