February Draft Culture
Draft Culture Round 3 - Thursday February 20, 2025 - Lake of the Woods Tap Room
Arts Marketing and Selling the Second Ticket.
Raise a glass at this session with Katie Inverarity, the recently appointed Managing Director for PTE and lifelong arts marketer. As Katie continues to experience imposter syndrome in her new(ish) role (her words, not ours!), she welcomes the opportunity to talk shop with you all concerning the ins and outs of arts marketing.
Before joining PTE, Katie led the marketing on over 100 productions at the Manitoba Theatre Centre and prior to that held senior marketing roles at Casa Loma, Canadian Stage Company, Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Mirvish Productions.
And just a reminder, Katie’s role is to move the discussion along through questions and topics, not as a speaker or host. She does however add a LOT of cachet to our event.
These small, monthly get-togethers for our members, were created so that we could exchange ideas, concerns, beefs and anything else that came to mind - while sitting with a group of our peers in an informal setting. Bringing together our members from across the Arts and Culture sector, these Draft Culture events are casual, insightful and a great opportunity to connect.
Draft Culture: Session 3, Arts Marketing and selling the second ticket.
